With a career spanning nearly four decades, Suzanne is a pioneer, thought leader, and sought-after speaker in the field of competency-based talent management. 

One of the first women to attain a leadership role in the Canadian military, she has focused on developing and implementing systems that support reliable, valid, and fair employment decisions and encourage equity and diversity, especially in traditionally male-dominated workplaces. She has served as a member of the Canadian Psychological Association committee and an executive member of the Canadian Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and has been called as an expert witness in federal human rights employment discrimination suits.

Over the course of a 35-year career, Lorraine has built competency management methodology, training programs, libraries, and tools. 

She has consulted on and managed large-scale human resource projects for government organizations, sector councils and private industry. She has also taught HR at the university level and is a specialist in the design of psychometric tests, performance-based tools and assessment centers, and occupational analyses. She was recognized in 2022 with a Lifetime Achievement Award at the Businesswoman of the Year Awards.

With a background in organizational psychology and more than a decade in B2B SaaS technology, Ian brings a blend of technical and domain expertise to the field of HR software development. Formerly an HR consultant focused on skill taxonomies and competency architecture, he worked on talent initiatives for companies in North America and MENA. 

More recently, Ian led the development and launch of Quinto, and he continues to set the roadmap for upcoming product innovation and expansion.

Paul is an innovative IT leader with nearly three decades of expertise in IT support, development, QA, and security. Prior to joining HRSG in 2002, he held technical positions at Canada Post and DMR Consulting (now Everis). 

He brings 15 years of experience in developing competency-based talent management applications to Quinto.

Mark has over 20 years of industry experience in Human Resources working in a variety of industries. He has expertise implementing end-to-end talent management solutions in the areas of talent acquisition, performance management, employee & leadership development, succession planning, and career development. Mark has a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen’s University and is a Certified Talent Management Practitioner(CTMP) and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
